This place is huge. First thing I noticed when I walked thru the entrance is the very visible security presence in this particular store. More than any other Walmart I have been to. Interesting…
The store is huge and I did not like how it is organized. I had to ask which direction the food part was at. People working there were helpful yet it seemed they were bored or disinterested. Not happy workers.
I got all my shopping done thinking that I will never come back to this store. Then I walked into the Women’s bathroom and saw the flowers at each sink. What a surprise. This made my day. Plus the bathrooms were pretty clean…There were nice trees in the parking lot also which I enjoyed seeing in bloom.

Filthy, NARROW aisles during the floor refinishing. No warning to arriving customers, just filth, disarray, and no room to move. I'm also experiencing many many violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act compliance at this particular location. Managers and employees are completely unaware of how to assist or at least make allowances for customers with Autism. Again and again, I have to explain myself and my disability to everyone just to be left alone to shop and check out - and all I get in response is blank stares. The store manager even said to me, "Go ahead and sue us." on Sunday morning. These employees aren't bad people, they are just completely ignorant to the facts and require extensive training on how to be more sensitive and accommodating to individuals with disabilities. I'm going to avoid this location for a while, because I do not believe their policies or actions will change under this manager.

No help and everything is locked up spend more time try to get what I needed. Standing around just waiting for someone. And the app is cheap now since you really can't do self check out if you have more then 15 items even if you have all the items already scanned in the app. So we had to go to the standard check out which is fine. Knowing they have like 25. But of course only 3 are open and the one we get in doesn't even speak to us in English. This is a real disappointing. On top of all this it looks like they have start a remodeling project. And haven't even posted one sign informing anyone what's happening. And where the product in the store is going to be. Right now there is no toy department just bikes. This where I spend $1000's of my dollars a month for my 6 person family. You think they would care about the customers prospective a little bit. And when you do come across to somebody that is working for them they're pushing a blue cart and they practically almost run you over getting your way or cut you off because they're looking for product for somebody else that's not even in the store shopping and have no time to stop and ask or help or even bother to show you where anything may be at because they claim "they don't even know they just working " yes that's what was said when we asked for the toys department today.

Took my car in for oil change...
They added oil, BUT THEY DID NOT change oil or oil filter or Check tire pressure. Charged $72 + $20 tip. They didnt turn off the sevice light and i cant clear the codes because oil filter was never changed! I'm very upset cause a car is a huge investment. You take it in and you trust Walmart provide the service they say they provide and a service you pay for. For them to purposely rip a customer off like that, is just not right! I have a feeling if I were to see a lawyer about this issue, there would be a list of people that this has been done to! Then I've tried to call every department in the store. Nobody answers the phone, EVER!

There were 3 of us using 1 cart. Each of us had less than 15 items. But because all the items were in 1 cart, they were not going to allow us to use the same terminal in self checkout. We had to gather our items from the cart and go to different terminals. There was only 1 customer in self checkout at the time.

Tried Walmart for a shopping run. Discovered at checkout that they don’t accept apple pay. Walmart prides itself on convenience while failing to provide convenience. The notorious notion that Walmart employees fail to help extends to its base services at checkout. Trust your instincts - use Target or Amazon.

I been waiting for help here on the watches area for help near to 50min I asked 4 people for help and no one has show up yet! That is unacceptable. How you want your customers to be satisfied with the service, if they won't help. I don't usually rate a store but in this case I have to. If there was lower than one star I will give half Star. When they finally showed up after 50min they couldn't find the key. This is unacceptable! So disappointed
