Harrowing experience with Lakme Sector 56 and Rahul. I walked in for hair spa. Was talked into Botox treatment by Rahul. He promised sun and moon.

After paying 9000 the hair is worse than we stated. After the treatment my hair did not look any different so Rahul did one or two conditioning rinses and made it “look ok” and shiny.

These are the results after one wash two days later.

My color was ruined and patchy, hair was dry and worse than before the treatment.No one can say I had such an expensive treatment. Photos after two days of treatment are attached.

My hair was much worse than before. I called Rahul politely and he/manager said come back and we will look into it. We will redo or do what needs to be done to fix it. Our trainer will either fix or we will issue refund don’t worrry. We will set up an appointment and call you.

However, 18 days later and no one is addressing the issue. Salon manager refuses to answer the calls.

The manager lady refuses to pick up the call, return calls or answer WhatsApp or give an appointment. She is either busy with month closing, most times they say she is on leave or she is busy. She will call you back.

I wasted a whole day for a treatment I did not want, wasted money and now facing harassment as I keep calling them back.

One goes to Lakme by Unilever for the faith in the brand and people. The manager of this store is running it like a local salon with no attention to customer service or satisfaction. They do not stand behind their service and are harassing and humiliating the client and making me call up every day,

Please avoid this salon at all costs.

Great experience here at the Lakme Salon Gurgaon.
The staff is very polite, professional and skilled at what they do. Special mention to Manu and Sachin for extending top levels of professionalism.

The only thing that needs a bit of their attention is cleanliness.
I found that the salon wasnt clean as much as you’d expect a Lakme salon to be.
Other than that, no feedback or complaints.
The rates they charge might look a bit steep at first but their services justify them all.

I have taken a service from rahul and shiba for botox treatment.
It is a great experince I love my hair texture now its look soft and healthy.
Previously my hair were very dry and bcz of that i was having a hairfall.
I am also attaching before and after pictures.
Guys its a nice place to treat your hair, its bit costly but u can come when there is some offer going on but worth try.
