I recently visited Frankie for my first-ever highlights (foils), and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Beth did an incredible job, and the atmosphere was welcoming and stylish. Beth took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me helpful suggestions to ensure the look was perfect for me. The attention to detail and care she put in was impressive, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Frankie, I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing!
What a wonderful experience you will have at Frankie Salon. From the moment you walk into the stunning salon, you feel warm and welcome and every staff member is attentive and kind.
After this, it was upstairs to meet Elliott. Being a new client Elliott listened to what I like from a cut and what I had in mind, and then absolutely nailed the style.
I definitely recommend this salon and I'll be back again.

Posting after my first time… Would highly recommend Frankie Salon, Elliott really took the time to understand the style I was looking for, offering a personal service that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Overall, the service and experience was excellent and great value for money. Booked my next visit already and will do so regularly!

I had such a great first experience at Frankie. Codie listened to what I wanted but also gave me advice on what style would suit me best. She was so incredibly talented and gave me such great tips on how best to style my hair. The salon and the team were both fantastic, can’t wait to go back again!

Terrific first appointment at Frankie Richmond. Tony took the time to work out a cut that would suit me and did a wonderful job. The premises are lovely and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Such a good experience here! Monica took the time to talk me through the current condition of my hair, and how we could keep it healthy while still trying to achieve the result I wanted. Couldn’t recommend enough, everyone at this salon is lovely and I’m so happy with the results, and the patience Monica had to get me the best outcome possible ! So happy I chose this salon
